Lukas Kroc
Technology
After completing his Ph.D. in computer science at Cornell University, Lukas continued on to pursue a career in academia (Postdoc at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Research Professor at NASA, and Assistant Professor at Claremont Graduate University). However, after some reflection he decided that he would be more useful in industry where he could have a more immediate and far-reaching impact.

Using his expertise in probabilistic inference, heuristics for combinatorial problems, knowledge representation and reasoning, and AI, Lukas sought positions at trailblazing companies such as SpaceX and Caspar.ai, an early-stage start-up in home automation and IoT.

Tim Kostolansky
Business Development
Tim Kostolansky works at building and delivering technology innovation for global markets. Tim has founding executive experience in startups and working in leading technology companies Silver Spring Networks/ITRON, Agilent Technologies and Microsoft in business development and product management roles. Tim has degrees from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business (MBA) and Cornell University (BSEE).
